IFC Midnight released the full-length official trailer for Emma Tammi’s acclaimed western horror The Wind, which first premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival back in September 2018. A24 released the first trailer for Hereditary director Ari Aster’s follow-up, Midsommar. Aster and A24 re-team for Midsommar, the sophomore film from Aster that has been described as a “Scandinavian folk horror film” as well as an “apocalyptic breakup movie.” The studio, which also financed Hereditary, started teasing the film well before the trailer was dropped, posting a 15-second animated teaser to Twitter.

Lionsgate has released the first trailer for S. Craig Zahler’s latest film, Dragged Across Concrete. Starring Mel Gibson and Vince Vaughn, the film is likely to court controversy for both its casting of the infamous and troubled Gibson as well as its subject matter. When it comes from the director of Bone Tomahawk and Brawl In Cell Block 99, you can bet this is going to be a slow burn and pretty damn brutal all at the same time.
