John Wick 2 Announces Multiple Castings, Release First Images

Well John wasn’t exactly the Boogeyman, he was the one you send to kill the fucking Boogeyman.

Last year Keanu Reeves released his best movie in a very long time. It was the story of a retired hitman named John Wick. The movie opened up with the tragic passing of his wife, and his bonding with a puppy. But before you know it, Theon Greyjoy (Alfie Allen) murders said puppy and John goes on an epic killing spree to avenge an innocent dog and the memory of his wife. It was easily among the most entertaining movies of the year, and now Mr. Wick is back.

Countdown to Halloween: Scouts Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse

It’s the zombie apocalypse! Come on, we’re scouts! We’re trained for this!

“I’m just trying to make a living. You know, booze costs money…usually.”

In the next 2 months we’ll see a new Bond movie, Tarantino’s latest, and what we assume will be the return of greatness to the Star Wars film franchise. What an exciting time to be a fan. But that’s not all. You can also add another Marvel project to that list, because we’re now less than a month out from the premiere of Marvel’s Jessica Jones on NetFlix. And after several short teasers, NetFlix and Marvel have finally released a full trailer for the show, and we’re not disappointed.

Countdown to Halloween: Michael Myers and the Messy Timeline Split

In 1978 John Carpenter and Debra Hill gave us one of the greatest indie movies of all time in Halloween. It has become a true classic, the theme music iconically representing the season, and the blank stare of the mask now synonymous with evil.

The story goes that on Halloween night, when he was only six, little Michael Myers killed his sister Judith with a butcher knife. He then spent the next 15 years institutionalized, and his parents died in a car crash, leaving behind his baby sister named Cynthia. At the age of 21, Michael escapes the hospital and returns home to murder the last remaining member of his family. The guy is thorough.

Marvel & NetFlix: Daredevil’s Season 2 Trailer and More Jessica Jones

Marvel’s line of NetFlix shows are taking a more adult approach than Agents of SHIELD or any of their movies have thus far. Their inaugural season, which featured Daredevil was a little darker than some people were expecting, and the upcoming Jessica Jones show is said to easily top that.

This past weekend at the New York Comic Con, NetFlix revealed the first footage for Daredevil‘s second season;
