‘Arrested Development’ and It’s Much Deserved Return

Arrested Development is an anomaly of sorts. I’ve never seen a show talked about so little while it was on, and then so much after it was canceled. Simply put – the show was great, and like so many great shows, it garnered no widespread appreciation until it was gone. Despite letter writing and widespread begging by the small, but loyal fan base, FOX canceled the show midway through its 3rd season.

#27 – Countdown to Halloween: TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE (1974)

Aside from college football, playoff baseball, and hunting season, one of the many rewards I benefit from in the month of October is that it also seems to be the unofficial horror movie month. There’s something about taking two hours out of your day, to completely detach yourself from the real world, and scare the shit out of your girlfriend, that I continuously get enjoyment out of. One of my favorite horror movies of all time, and the one that I have decided to write my first horror movie review on is, “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre.”
