Wonder Woman Updates and Casting News, And Why We Won’t See Lynda Carter

It’s been a couple of months since we checked in on Wonder Woman, and with her recent debut in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, it seemed like the perfect time to see how things were going with her 2017 solo feature.

Back in January we were treated to some snippets, but we haven’t seen much since then. That is until Warner Bros. (through Entertainment Weekly) released a new promotional shot of the Amazons…

Game of Thrones: Latest Season 6 Trailer Shows No Shortage of Chaos

Winter Game of Thrones is coming.

It’s been more than ten months since we’ve seen a new episode of Game of Thrones, and unfortunately, we’re still near a month away from a remedy for that. But, we did get a taste of what’s to come in the form of HBO’s newest teaser for season six…

Marvel on NetFlix: Luke Cage Teaser, Iron Fist Casting, & Daredevil Reactions

Marvel’s television department is absolutely killing it on NetFlix.

Now three seasons into their run, things have thus far continued to get progressively better. Starting last spring with Daredevil, they set a different tone from the other Marvel properties, and delivered some serious fan-service. Great casting, brutal action sequences, addictively binge-worthy. November saw follow-up Jessica Jones successfully expand the television universe. Preacher Updates: Episode Order, Release Date, and Behind the Scenes

It’s been a few months since we last checked in on AMC’s adaptation of Garth Ennis’ Preacher books…

The series premiere was screened last Monday at SXSW and was met with positive reactions from the crowd. Many are drawing parallels to last month’s mega hit Deadpool, due mostly to the violent nature of the storytelling, combined with strong comedic writing. In this case, those writers (and producers) are Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg. The duo, responsible for getting this project off the ground, have collaborated previously on several projects, including Superbad, Knocked Up, and the funniest movie of 2013 – This is the End.

NetFlix Releases Final Trailer for Daredevil’s Second Season

Matt Murdock, Foggy Nelson, and Karen Page attacked from different angles in season one, and their efforts combined to bring down the Kingpin and deliver us an excellent new series to binge. It was the first of the new Marvel shows on the streaming giant NetFlix, and it exceeded the expectations of most fans, setting a tone that Jessica Jones was able to beautifully followup.

Now here we are, into year two of Marvel’s NetFlix lineup, and before the Luke Cage show premieres September 30th, fan outcry has forced a second showing from the devil of Hell’s Kitchen. Today, the final trailer before Friday’s release dropped…
